We aim to deliver within 24 hours of payment and receipt of a usable photo, including weekends. If your photo needs replacing or we need more time, we will email you.
Is this a physical print?
No. ARTIFY delivers digital artwork files. Printing and framing are not included.
Do I receive five artworks or five sizes?
You receive five custom artworks based on one source photo, with mobile, desktop and print-ready versions included.
What kind of photo should I use?
Choose a clear, well-lit photo with your subject in focus. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters and images where important details are cropped out.
When will I receive my collection?
We aim to deliver within 24 hours after payment and receipt of a usable photo, including weekends. This is a target, not a guarantee. If a replacement photo is needed, the clock starts when it arrives. We will email you if we need longer.
What does one revision include?
One round of changes to colour, crop or small details is included. Reply to your delivery email within seven days with all requested changes together. A new source photo or an entirely new collection is not included.
How will my files arrive?
We email a download link to the address used at checkout. Your collection includes five artworks as high-resolution JPG files, plus mobile and desktop versions. This is a custom service, not an instant download.
What size can I print?
We provide high-resolution JPG files with the pixel dimensions and recommended print size for each artwork. Print size depends on the final resolution and crop. Printing and framing are not included; check the supplied guidance before ordering a print.
What happens to my uploaded photo?
Your photo is used to create and deliver your custom collection. Only upload photos you have the right to use, with permission from identifiable people shown. Contact us for help with your photo or a deletion request; see our privacy policy for processing details.
